Updates Maddock Data International offers an end of day data service for foreign exchange. The data is updated at 7:00 pm New York time (GMT - 5) during US daylight savings time and 9:00 pm New York time (GMT - 4) during non-US daylight saving times. The closing price is derived from prices prevailing at 5:00 p.m. New York time, (midnight GMT) which, by convention, marks the end of the foreign exchange trading day. The following trading day's opening price is determined by the first trade that occurs after 5:00 p.m. New York time, (midnight GMT). |
